Each room is locked, and have 2 beds, the bathroom and the kitchen are shared.
The apartments are located near Mall Coresi.
Available for the period 2024-2025, October 1 - June 30.

175 euros + utilities (around 30 euros)

Price/room/month
350 euros + utilities (around 60 euros)

For each room, the equivalent of one month rent is charged, as deposit, the amount that will be returned at the end of the contract.
The counter value of utility bills is shared equally among all students.
