Founder & photographer Scott Schuman began The Sartorialist in 2005 with the idea of creating a two-way dialogue about the world of fashion and its relationship to daily life.

In addition to the blog, his work has been featured in GQ, Vogue Italia, Vogue Paris, and Interview.

For GQ, he shot and edited his own page for over three years.

His work resides in the permanent collections of the Victoria & Albert Museum and the Tokyo Photographic Art Museum.
