Fast growing Company with French management is looking for an experienced accountant.
Bilingual French/Romanian or English/Romanian is a MUST
Minimum 10 years experience
Responsibilities:
• Accounting and administrative management according to legal obligations
• Participates in the implementation and improvement of management tools
• Records daily accounting transactions
• Prepares the closing of monthly/quarterly/annual accounts before having them verified by an external accounting firm, including but not limited to :
- Stock inventory and inventory entry into the accounting system;
- Confirmations of customer balances - funeral directors and scores with them;
- Prepares correctly/on the established terms, verifies and reconciles reports and situations, which refer to documents, data and financial/management accounting information, related to the responsibilities of the position, these being requested by the management of the company, for the financial and operational management of the company;
- Preparation of all predefined and ad hoc reports in order to carry out the closing works for the month/quarter/semester/year
- Record of stocks, data entry and processing of all management operations (inputs, outputs, transfers);
- Management records: preparation of reception entry notes, verification and entry of consumption vouchers, verification of consumption records, verification of warehouse records;
- Correct registration and archiving of primary accounting documents: house register, bank statements, expense reports, payment instructions, monthly reports, invoices for goods and services, expense invoices, tax receipts, etc.
- Preparation of financial statements;
- preparation of other monthly reports according to legislation (intrastat, environment, efactura, e-transport, and other mandatory reporting)
• Edits employee pay slips, tax and social declarations
• Monitors the processing of customer or supplier invoices
• Updates the settings of accounting data processing systems
• Sets up management control dashboards
• Keeps up to date and applies tax, social or legal changes impacting the company
Required qualities
Minimum 10 years tenure in a similar role and context . Experience with SAGA, Nextup, REVISAL is a plus.
Rigor, autonomy, proactive
Bilingual English/Romanian or French/Romanian
