The Company:Timișoara Logistics Solutions (TLS) is an internationally operating trucking company. The companywas founded in 2006. We deploy over 60 trucks and specialize in the delivery of fashion to storesaround Europe. We are most active in France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Hungary and ofcourse Romania. To reduce our environmental impact, all our trucks are EU-6 and part of our fleet isrunning on Liquified Natural Gas (LNG). We deploy single drivers as well as teams on our trucks. Ourmain office is located in Timișoara, Romania. We have driver facilities in Roosendaal, the Netherlandsand in Deva, Romania.

The Job:As a dispatcher you instruct drivers for the trips and follow-up on the execution of orders. Youidentify deviations in the trip execution in an early stage and adjust accordingly to eliminate delays asmuch as possible. You are the first point of contact for drivers. You inform customers, partners andcolleagues about relevant delays and issues. You assist planning by assigning truck to trips based onroutine and instruction. You are hands-on involved in all tasks.

The activities include:• Follow-up of the order execution of all truck assigned to you by the team leader

• Identify deviations in the execution in an early stage

• Adjust/control the order execution to eliminate delays as much as possible

• Inform customers, partners and colleagues about delays and deviations

• (Re-) Assign trucks to trips based on routine and instruction

• Instruct, control and assist drivers

• Administrative supervision and control of the transportYou:

• A completed education at high-school or university level or equivalent experience level

• Responsible and committed with a hands-on mentality

• No problem working evenings and weekends on rotation

• Good control of the English and Romanian language in word and writing

• Experience with transport planning and general cargo transport is a plus

• Knowledge of accompanying documents of cargo and truck is a plusWhat do we offer?
